NDIDI'S STORY
As a physician, I struggled to be an effective leader. I never was given leadership positions or selected to get leadership training. I wondered what I needed to do to make myself attractive and yet I was a leader of small teams and was never taught about team dynamics how to lead a team. So I am passionate about training young and established physicians how to be an effective team leader and how to grow professionally, purposefully and personally. Because I invested in myself and removed my limited beliefs I was able to find success, and so can you!
