NDIDI'S STORY
Ndidi Musa, MD, is a physician leader, Professor of Pediatrics, and executive coach with over three decades of experience in academic medicine, clinical leadership, and global health. A practicing pediatric cardiac intensivist, she brings real-world systems insight to leadership development in high-stakes environments.
Coaching and leadership development are not remedial tools they are strategic investments in judgment, culture, and sustainable impact.
